I love your ceiling system. Are use the sprouts on sandwiches and salads and sometimes just eat them by themselves.

I am delighted that I discovered your company and your sprouts! You are so helpful and the sprouts are such fun to watch as they grow. But, I have trouble eating them as fast as they are ready...... and I hate to waste them. I wonder if I could do half at a time?? Waiting for your answer..... thanks again!
