Customer service contacted me to suggest that I change the ship date of my thanksgiving order so that there would be time for it to thaw. I appreciated the outreach and am glad I followed their advice.

When I asked for shipping the week of Thanksgiving, I received a friendly email from customer service pointing out that there would not be enough time to thaw the turkey breast in time.
