All good. Multi orders, 2 didn’t have the bacon butter, but the third delivery finally did. My last order was supposed to have a free ham, it didn’t. I don’t care about the ham. All is good! :) (A box with just bacon would be wonderful!)

Always received in good condition. Most boxes come with ice still in there, only during the hottest part of the summer did I receive completely melted ice - product still frozen

Any time that I've talked to the good folks at Good Ranchers I walk away impressed. Tremendous customer service.
