I lost my first shipment
I lost my first shipment due to the wrong address being put on my box. Not your fault, not the fault of the shipping company, and not really my fault as my computer "helped" me by putting in an address that I had 5 years ago (then sold that house to a developer) and the address no longer exists. Your person helped me get a new box of meat right away, and took care of putting the right address on the box. Great service. Thank you.
