My parcel wasn’t delivered on time and I had to submit an enquiry to get it delivered.

Product took well over a week to arrive, with no communication until I chased it up. Support was great then, but would have been nice to know what was going on earlier.

Is awful website to negotiate - ( always giving me FOD ( 1st order discount ) everytime l tried to contact ) and that page would not allow u further access - rote replies & help - wasnt till l said l was canceling order was l paid any attention.

Shipping was extremely fast I feel it should take less time
