Love your product- only wish it could add ground chia (for fiber) or have a way to balance it’s carbs too with perhaps a soy flour or egg (for those like me who aren’t vegan) but i can imagine it’d alter the wonderful lightness of them now. my second imagined ideal would be less fat- especially the saturated fat- but replacing the rice products with soy might provide at least some balancing for lowering carb effect….
