It was shipped in a box with ice packs. Excellent idea to sit and not worry about no refrigeration. Great idea for people on the go.

I love the meals... most could use some sort of sauce... but other than that they are really good!

I've truly never had a bad meal from your company, although I find it a bit pricey especially when your living on a fixed income. All promo's are welcomed.
