Great option for high protein lower sugar and easy to digest. Love the donuts and chips. Price is a high but the website was easy to use for ordering. The selection is great but many items were out of stock. If the products were 50% less and always in stock I could live off these with my vitamins. I became food intolerant but can eat these items no problems. Love it!

Packaging of items themselves is great and obviously designed to perserve freshness of the product. There was an issue with the shipment of my items but no worries. Customer service was easy to contact and they made things right immediately. All in all, LF website is a great way to shop for their amazing assortment of tempting lo-carb, protein rich goodies.
