Super clean fresh uni, it reminds of my college days at UCSB, without going through the mess of cleaning the urchin

Reminded of my time in Tuscany With a little touch of Santa Barbara. I was surprised to be able to get this kind of truffle, uni and caviar at the same place. Will be ordering again
