I love Chado tea. What I don’t like is the packaging. For sustainability sake please offer 8 and 16 ounce bags of loose tea. Only offering 4 ounce bags makes Chado look environmentally asleep at the wheel

2 out of 3 ain’t bad

A bit of a disappointment this time. My order remained "unfulfilled" until I contacted the company after a week (email being the only way). Two days later, I received an apologetic response stating they contacted the warehouse to get my order going. I've made other purchases in the past, online and in person, and I think for the premium pricing (and not always premium quality), better performance is expected. I'll probably continue my business with in-person purchases--a bit more reassuring.

Shipping was to long, I'm not sure where you ship from but I'm local here in Los Angeles and I should of gotten the tea before 8 days.
