A bit of a disappointment
A bit of a disappointment this time. My order remained "unfulfilled" until I contacted the company after a week (email being the only way). Two days later, I received an apologetic response stating they contacted the warehouse to get my order going. I've made other purchases in the past, online and in person, and I think for the premium pricing (and not always premium quality), better performance is expected. I'll probably continue my business with in-person purchases--a bit more reassuring.
