Gooood coffee

Love your coffee!

I really enjoyed Café Altura’s Organic Instant Coffee. I don’t hardly use instant coffee, but with some camping trips coming up this summer I wanted to see if instant coffee would simplify my typical Moka Pot setup. I gave this coffee 4 stars, which was a hard decision. If I was comparing it to regular coffee beans it would push closer to a three, but it would be closer to a five compared to other instant coffees. The flavor was very smooth. There was almost no oxidized flavor. The profile was consistent, but somewhat flat. There weren’t many distinct notes throughout each drink. I don’t take that as much of a negative, because of the consistency of its overall smooth, dark chocolaty flavor. I liked this coffee black or with milk and a little sugar. It was super easy to use, and a quick and satisfactory alternative to my usual coffee routine.
