They never responded to 4 emails
so, UPS apparently damaged one case of the 2 cases ordered. The winery kept sending the same damaged email on a daily basis and a times 2-3 time a day. I responded to 4, never got an answer on when they'd send the replacement case, never.
Finally, I called the winery, spoke with the 'Black Label' sales and he assured me that someone will get back to me on that issue. never.
Matt, the black label sales assured me that he was to cancel the order, and we agreed to send me a case of the black label chard instead. The transaction went through yesterday, but waiting on the actual shipping date for the new order.
