Haven't opened yet but can is severely damaged. Dents everywhere and sticker is falling apart

I received my order within a week like expected. The syrup the jellies came in is very sweet and smells and taste like medicine. I have to wash the jellies out in water to get rid of the syrup and diabetic coma sweetness. And I thought each colored jelly had a flavor of its own but they all taste the same.

I called you guys a couple time about the order. You said it was too busy and would give me a call back. it have been a week and nothing!!
