The site is nice, easy to navigate until its time to add an address to send the gift too. It doesn't help that it predicts the address as it's being typed and also populates the city, state and zip code. Sometimes it is the wrong state so the city and zip code are also wrong. That is frustrating especially if I see the correct address and then it changes. That is not helpful at all. Let people type in the entire address or let them add the street address and the zip code. That would be a needed improvement. The gift baskets are awesome.

It was great service. I will use 1-800 Baskets again. You have a wide selection to choose from for all occasions.
