I like that Milk Street shipped me a discount offer and I purchased a large Nakiri for each of my 4 daughters. One told me it was the best knife she ever had. Another said that was my best gift ever. Expect to hear from the other 2 shortly as it has only been a week since I girted them.

Always easy to order with Milk Street, but will take the descriptions for knife sharpeners with just a little bit of salt. Other items have been as good as or better than described.
