Shipping takes way to long, if I will recieve anything at all...

charged me 2 times, i sent a both an email, a fb message and left a message on the facebook page, i never got a reply. its been 3 weeks and i have not gotten my produce yet, so it looks like i got to pay 2x for something i am not even getting
