Product arrived with no issues.

Everything was fine up until the day of delivery. Then, while it was out for delivery, delivery was delayed until the next day. Is this the best delivery contractor?

Can you wrap the tea in plastic so that it doesn't get ruined during transportation? I had to throw out my order because it was soaked from thunderstorms.

Service was excellent, received in good shape. It's just the tea that wasn't up to snuff.
