Shipping took longer than anticipated ordered 6 days ago and still no chips. No customer service phone number

I ordered chips as a gift and have not received any notifications that my order has shipped. Days later! If orders are delayed, then customers should be notified and allowed to cancel. This is a planned birthday present which I gave myself adequate window. The birthday will come and go...no chips!

Transaction ID 8CY065796M172903D Transaction date Nov 8, 2021 11:45:03 PST Original order placed Nov 8, still waiting for it to be delivered. Latest notice was delivery date would be December 6th.

I have left several requests for update information on delivery status. I was sent FEDEX tracking link which is useless and says there is no information on the package try back later. Frustrating.
