The response came quickly, but not with the message I wanted to hear. From your email on the 10th and the day I placed my order I understood the chips would ship on the 15th. I still have not received an email that my order has been processed and shipped. I had planned to take them to a Thanksgiving Day gathering. I guess that won't happen--maybe by Christmas?!?

Lack of flavor.

i like that the chips are really crispy. However, I ordered blue cheese chips and no one that tried them could taste blue cheese flavor. Therefore I am reluctant to try any other flavors.

Your customers need to be able to purchase more chips. Almost everything is sold out!

Difficulty getting order submitted and contacting you

Okay, I can't seem to get a hold of anyone to finalize a purchase. The website won't allow me to type in a credit card. There is no phone number. I can't even highlight the starts above to rate you, at your request. To try and get some chips, it seems like a lot of brick walls. Please advise.
