There was a snafu with my last order. I placed the order at end of May. 5 weeks go by. I suddenly remembered that I had ordered chips and still hadn't gotten them. I sent an email and right away they shipped out my order and gave me a 50% refund! I think they are still working out the kinks in the business. I will undoubtedly order again.
