The test of a good supplier is how they react when things go wrong, which they can occasionally. This was my first order and unfortunately there was a hiccup whereby the delivery address became mangled on the system and ended up being shipped to a non-existent address, which I didn't notice at first. Once this came to light, it was taken on board and dealt with swiftly; since there seemed no way to divert the shipment to the correct address, rather than waiting for it to be returned to sender then re-shipped, a duplicate shipment was raised free of charge and sent immediately to the correct address. Communication throughout was excellent. It is reassuring to know that customers are valued and I will have no hesitation in purchasing regularly in future (but will check everything carefully!)

Fast delivery, good food, reasonable prices

Great food options offered. I'm still getting to grips with the delivery company. I'm not happy to have my orders dumped outside my home is never a safe option.
