I was very impressed with these haricot dried beans. They’re clean, evenly sized, and cook beautifully. After soaking, they become tender and creamy without falling apart. The flavor is mild and versatile, making them perfect for soups, stews, casseroles, or even simple side dishes. What I love most is how quickly they soften compared to other dried beans I’ve tried. They hold their shape well and absorb seasonings perfectly, giving every dish a rich and comforting taste. The packaging was secure, fresh, and exactly as described.
