Great wine!!

Had my wine shipped two weeks ago. It arrived damaged. When I called and emailed Walt they said they would get back to me and so I waited two weeks and nothing emailed again three days ago and same answer still waiting on response.

Most of the site works just fine. However, trying to adjust the cart to delete or change orders is nearly impossible and too tedious to even deal with. I end up calling a rep to set up orders or adjust my quarterly club shipment. PLEASE DO SOMETHING THE IMPROVE THIS!

I got the wrong wine and sent an email asking to get the correct order and I haven't heard anything back from anyone. Email was sent on 6/26/23, as the invoice had orders@hallwines.com.
