Useless

Im trying to get a return &refund! I didn’t know the item was back ordered. It took way too long. I bought it for a gift and had to buy something else. I emailed to try to return it and was told they would email return label. Its been a couple of weeks, I haven’t received it. I emailed again and haven’t heard anything. This isn’t a cheap item, I want my money back.

The item I bought broke in 3 days. So, doubtful I will buy any further products.

Disappointing

No monogram I paid extra for a custom gift and it was opened with nothing on the bottle
