Shipping time was OK. Package was intact.

Shipping was quick. Order confirmation and receipt well timed and accurate. Disappointed with lid on glass tumbler insert.

Haven't heard from customer service unfortunately.

I like the tumbler but I find that the glass doesn’t seal properly. Water ends up between the 2 pieces

Need to work on supplying the correct product with the first delivery!
