The choice of flavor combinations in the gels, bars, chews and drink help to keep my palate interested in taking on regular nutrition throughout my long runs and cycles. This has historically been a problem ! The ingredients are easily digestible and gentle on the stomach. Appropriate packing without the use of unnecessary plastic and all arrived in a really good timeframe. I shall be back for more :)
