I recently had a problem with a batch of RIBA gels not opening properly, I contacted customer support and within 24 hrs I had a reply. Customer support offered a refund and a free returns labels for the faulty gels. I said I would prefer a replacement batch of gels as I had another long run to do for training, these arrived two days later, fantastic service, couldn’t fault them, keep up the good work!
