Purchased the gels for the first time and used on Saturday’s long run. Could definitely feel the difference and the sustained energy without the upset stomach feeling I was getting from GU. I was disappointed in the delivery of the product. The box was slightly damaged and there was a powder substance all spread out in the box. I thought maybe one of the gel packs broke open during delivery. But, as I pulled each pack out to wipe them clean, all of the packets were in tact. So, I don’t know where the powder came from. Weird…..
