Powders keep me full and gels are easy to get down and not a sticky mess like Gu. I really like the Pineapple flavor.

I’ve had only positive experiences with UCan! Everything always comes quickly. My best experience was when I had a 50k and ran out of the edge energy pouches. I was in a panic because, aside from the real food I eat, it is the only pouch/quick energy source that doesn’t destroy my stomach. They were sold out on the site so I reached out to customer service. They went out of their way to send me the exact number of pouches I needed to get me through my race!!
