Customer service is ghosting me

Placed an order, realized I didn't put my apartment number, submitted several contact forms and left several voicemails to get this corrected and asked if I can pay for shipping to still get this order. I am now forced to submit a chargeback with my bank because the system shows the order was complete even though it was returned to sender. We love this product but if you order, don’t make a mistake as it appears their customer service is nonexistent.
