Shipping was slow

Products are amazing. Top quality without a doubt but super poor customer service.

If I could rate it a zero I would. I used over 2 1/2 times the amount of recommended water and it was still too sweet. Also using a frother to blend still couldn’t stop it from being gritty. I wish I hadn’t bought two bags. Waste of money
