This pre-workout is great! I feel almost the same kick as drinking a Celcius, it just doesn't have the same longevity. I guess that makes sense considering it's 100mg less caffeine. The only thing I wasn't happy about was how they promised to deliver a free shaker bottle to compromise for their lack of the pre-workout coming in a box. Point being, I never got the free shaker bottle.
