This wine was ordered along with 11 others, but the order was incomplete when I received it. Three bottles were missing from the order. Traynor was kind enough to acknowledge the situation and promised to find a solution to complete my order. However, I had to follow up after a week because no action had been taken. They eventually sent me a new delivery, but to my surprise, despite the initial three bottles missing, they still weren’t able to fulfill the entire order. One bottle—Orange You Glad I Didn’t Say Banana!—was still missing. Really, Traynor???

Hi, I haven't received my package yet. it seems like ICS lost it. one of their is looking into it but i haven't receive any update sin 10 days... I ordered my package mid-november.. is there anythiong you can do? Its the second time i place an order to Traynor. The first time, everything went well. but this time, i'm a little worry... I got 6 bottles of the Red Pet Nat at the "roulette game" and I had already purchased one bottle to try. So I was really hoping to like it, but I was able to only drink one glass out of the full bottle because it completely exploded when I opened the bottle! There was sparkling win everywhere in my kitchen! The bottle was in straight up, in the fridge dg for a good hour before I popped it up. now, I am too scared to open another bottle...
