Worst experience ever

Ordered 4 bottles of tequila for $28.99 ea and received free shipping. 12 days later get an email package was returned to sender and was automatically refunded. I inquired to Tipxy and was told package was damaged by FedEx. I explained, I do not want a refund, I want the originally ordered product sent to me as it was a gift for a client. Tipxy responded -they automatically refund and I have to go back and reorder (it's their process). Keep in mind this is 12 days later and my client is aware of their gift and waiting patiently. As directed by Tipxy representative, I login to the app to place the order and now each bottle is $80.99, not the $28.99 I had ordered. I reached out to Tipxy again asking for my original order and price be honored and all I get is "sorry for the inconvenience." I DO NOT recommend using Tipxy based on my less than 1 Star experience.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHIPPING WAS LATE, AND VERY HIGH PRICES.
