I recently ordered a bottle of brandy from Threshers Wine Online as a birthday present for a 50-year-old boy (because apparently some boys just get taller and more expensive đ).

In a world where customer service can often feel automated, robotic, and copy-pasted, this was refreshingly brilliant. Fast, friendly, and actually caring â which is rarer than a decent bottle of brandy at supermarket prices.
