Newbie Review
Dear Whisky Club,
I recently became a lawyer and thought of no better way to invest my money than the perishable nature of whisky. I was attracted to the club via Instagram ads.
Unfortunately, my first month delivery (starward) was ruined by Australia post's failure to disperse the orders. I emailed via the website, and found that I was replied to within 24 hours which was a welcomed surprise. It was super easy and I thought the options presented to all those affected in that month were more than sufficient in terms of compensation.
This month I doubled up due to Aberlour being one of my favourite whisky makers. It's been an absolute pleasure so far, the community spirit on facebook is a treat. I've convinced 2 of my close friends to also sign on.
In terms of constructive feedback, I wouldn't mind if the website was streamlined a little more so as to avoid two drop down menus, which at times take you to the same page. I feel if it was minimised slightly, it would be easier to use, but I don't at all think that this is a serious issue.
