The whiskies selected are usually very good, although I have had a couple rather smokey ones, but that can be avoided using the Clubs "optout" function. Have not had any problems with the service provided. Questions are usually answered with in a 24 hour window. Website - IT HAS WHISKEY!!! no more to say! LOL
