Bertie & Em, You guys run an exceptional club, and your 'insider knowledge' and key relationships within the broader whisky industry are to be applauded, excellent work. Your customer / client / partner service is also first class, If I was going to offer any room for improvement (and this may only be a 'personal' preference? - and its always difficult to cater for a full cross-section of preferences), I would suggest that the new-age whisky's (non-age statement) are restricted to no more than one or two opportunities in any given year, And thats a 'minor observation' as I always have the option to 'Opt out' and this gives me budget to 'Double Up' when one of my favourite distilleries comes through the door. The extensive breadth of the range of whiskies I have had the opportunity to enjoy has been beyond my wildest dreams. Over the years I have been a member of The Whisky Club I have found some absolute gems from distillers I didn't even know existed, as well some long term favourite names with boutique bottlings that have taken my taste buds on an exquisite journey of delight.

Also love the fact we now have affiliate bar in Bunbury WA now in lost bills

Takes all the choices away and has great range and prompt delivery. I love the fact that you can either purchase what's on offer or not.
