As noted, the bag of oats was much smaller than the ones I'd purchased locally so it seemed more expensive, even when buying four at a time. The "do you want an extra bonus" price was more in line for what I ended up getting. I doubt I'll purchase through TOD again.

Very hard to communicate with your company and don’t believe I received the 15 percent discount for first time order. Can’t redeem gift card. Would like phone number to speak to an agent and get no response.
