I love these grains - they are so fresh and tasty. Since many of the grains are new to me, I am using some of your recipes to discover how to use them.

I am soooo thankful I found Suzy a few years back through her first cookbook, and then found her website. Her recipes are wonderfully healthy and the flavors are out of this world! Who knew I couldn't live without sumac? Lol. A while back now, I finally 'splurged' on a bit of her extra virgin olive oils, and they are now the only olive oils I will buy. All of the items I have purchased on the site have been wonderful and of excellent quality. But I still also go back for all her amazing recipes! Thank you Suzy for sharing your passion, and in turn making it mine!
