Wish the Customer Service/ delivery / online ordering experience was a good as the product!
5 Stars for the product but 2 stars for Online Store, Customer Service, delivery.
The online store only allows you to delay shipments. If I want the products shipped sooner there is no option for that. Customer service is a stock response and has taken me upwards of a week + to get help. Delivery- I have a subscription. I will get notified that my order processed but can be 2 weeks + before the product is shipped. I get it, made in small batches etc but I am having to work pretty hard to remain a subscriber. Would have cancelled a while ago but the Yogurt, health benefits and online flavors keep me as a customer. I wish the Customer Service and online ordering experience was a good as the product!
