Customer service is excellent. I've never had any issues at all. But the best thing is the selection - and accurate description of - teas. I've found teas I'd never heard of, but the writeups convinced me to try them. Going through cancer treatment I've gone off coffee completely. Finding these teas makes me feel like I'm treating myself to a bit of healthy luxury.
