Steak was good , but twice they didn’t send the sauce I ordered with my online delivery order (Refunded immediately, good service with following my up, just a bit of a bummer they stuffed up the order)

I have already sent through a review on your website and no response. Very disappointed in the quality of the scotch fillet. It was pale, tough and minimal fat. Yes it was only $40 but I would rather pay more for quality. It was actually misleading, what I received was nothing like what was shown you your insta add. Sausages and grass feed mince were really good. Have not tried the bacon yet.

I ordered 5 scotch fillet steaks. 1st steak: filled with so much water that the steak cooked by its ‘boiling water’ in pan, the meat was grey, couldn’t get colour and tasted like cardboard. 2nd Steak: Got diarrhea 3rd, 4th & 5th Steaks: Bin!

Got nearly 30% of my sirloin order as off-cuts. Emailed my complaint through their website, heard nothing after days. Phoned the Caringbah store, bloke took a message but no one has gotten back to me. It sucks because I’ve ordered often from them and it’s been awesome, but this time was a shocker.
