Overall the meat was great but we were a bit disappointed that the Eye Fillet was not trimmed and ready to cook. We assumed it would be supplied such that it was ready to be seasoned and cooked. It took a bit of time to trim the fat and prepare the fillet ready to cook. Everything tasted very nice.

Great delivery

The customer service and delivery are excellent and so is the meat. However, the last few times there have been small bones on the chicken thigh fillets.

Customer service great, PJ was so helpful with a problem I had. We had the steak for dinner tonight and we were disappointed with the steak, very tough. Usually it is very tender and only once before we were dissatisfied with the product.

Great value & well packed. Still need to indicate when online orders are available for pick up …… normally needing to wait late then always available when arriving (but no notices to enable early pick ups)!
