Ordered crumbed tenderloins and not happy with quality being different sizes from large to differing

We ordered during your first week of delivering to the Illawarra. This was exciting for us, as prior when living in Sydney we used to frequent your store. We ordered the Southern Rangers New York 3kg piece. It was requested to be cut into 1. 5cm pieces, which was how we recieved it. We have eaten six steaks out the amount we received to date (12), and the steak is unbelievably tough. It was cooked after being bought to room temperature, medium rare and rested. Pretty disappointing. The mince and chicken ordered are of the usual quality, no issues.

For the last year, only every bought my meat from the bondi junction store. Such a shame with my online order that the skewers and the bacon were poor quality. Not sure what it was but the meat was not right and after cooking it we had to throw it out. It was for a party and I was very upset. I love the store and have shopped here for a very long time. . . not sure if it was just my order but it was a terrible product unfortunately.

Ordered eye fillet (on special) and other meat not on sale on the Monday 26 august requested the order delivered on Thursday, but delivered on Monday instead. when received the meat use by date was 31 august. This was not transparent on the website. I emailed the company to explain the delivery date ignored and , the short use by date on the meat and no response.

Steak was good , but twice they didn’t send the sauce I ordered with my online delivery order (Refunded immediately, good service with following my up, just a bit of a bummer they stuffed up the order)
