No correspondence following my email and voicemail.

Unfortunately really bad customer service, nonsense long replies, not making even a small effort to resolve their own issues. Also was persuaded to add extra personal details for 30% which came to be as misleading marketing and customer service "had never heard of it" nor of the other discount they advertise their website- 30% is subscribe, and so on. Won't be ordering from them again.

I still haven't received my order?!?!
