Received right on time. Prices have gone up and US exchange and taxes put it a bit expensive for a cup but it’s my favourite mug. This is my third. Just got to make sure I don’t drop this one.

Customer Service was quick and responsive after I received a cracked KATI Hanami tea cup. They made arrangements while I was on the phone to send a replacement. I should be getting it any time now and can’t wait to use it.
