Ordering was easy and gets to me fast

Not only do these magical little "balls" indeed BLOOM when steeped in water, the tea they make is delicious! What a joy to watch them unfurl, then sample their unique flavor. Cannot wait to try another variety!

Love this. Keeps my tea hot for a very long time. Terrific product.

I purchased the classic teapot and a selection of teas as a gift. I was very impressed with the speedy delivery right before Christmas, and the wonderful fresh, fragrant loose leaf teas. The pot seemed small and lightweight but proved to be deceptively sturdy.

Very Nice, Delivered on time too. Will buy more.
