The glassware was packaged very securely and the glasses arrived without damage. They also arrived very quickly after placing my order. I am on the waiting list for the eight ounce version as they were not available at the same time I ordered the twelve ounce. They wash easily and I have already gotten several compliments.

Love everything about this teapot - it's elegant, durable, perfect size for 1 person, the large removable infuser is fantastic if you like putting berries (that need to be smashed) in your tea. Absolutely love it! And love the service!!
