Received my order in a very timely manner. I am enjoying my new teapot and tea.

It is everything I wanted and is safe/easy to use. I enjoy using it, no marks on the kettle. Easy to learn, the handle does not get hot at all. I use it on a electric stove with a coil stovetop. I am very happy with my purchase and I'm buying another one.

The teapots were delivered quickly and packed nice and snug to avoid breakage. Great transaction.
