Great customer service.

I started sipping tea to help lose weight. I never liked tea because it always reminded me of sipping hot water that wax trying to be flavorful. Plus the reputations of lesser teas being produced with toxins. I am so happy I found Tea Bloom! The teas taste clean and pure and has been a pleasurable experience on the palate.

The product was received broken the first and second delivery, but that was in transit I suppose. But, tea bloom was swift in replacing the pot. No issues after that.
